Thanks Richard. Yeah, I pretty much was going to put that all in there, but was struggling with the sample. I think the vocals are all sampled, so that¹s a pretty big chunk. But it may be best to contact the artist. I was just hoping to get this up fast ­ before another Semanal week changeover.

Hi Irene, First of all, note that the song has a by and non-commercial cc copy right, so, as long as your not making money you're ok. If you advertising or something, then, my opinion is that you need to ask permission - but let's assume you're not making money from the video. Since part of the

i *think* that if the person whose music you're using used a sample, they're responsible for having cleared and credited that sample. but again, i am no lawyer. this is one of the problems with CC licenced stuff. another is incompatible licences. and i think your google ads *might* be a problem.

I emailed the artist because yes ­ the sample was huge ­ it¹s the whole vocal track! And it doesn¹t feel right to give just the end guy credit. Though he did really make a nice tune. The site has no info on how to credit these mashes­ it just points to the creative commons page, which is pretty
