About 5 years ago when we were deciding how to catalog streaming content, there
was a pretty even mix between libraries creating separate records and those
adding on to existing records.

Because there are few programs, the exhibits are the big draw when
attendees are not in business meetings. And many sections are meeting

I think I can do it in two sentences.
Film shown IN class with instructor present (I am sure a TA would count) as
part of curriculum of a course and limited only to students enrolled in the
course is OK. All other group showings require PPR.

I didn't realize it was in Chicago. Well, my question then is, why shouldn't I

You'll have to check the DVD releases of the smaller distributors. I suspect
for companies that distribute educational titles, ISBN is very prevalent.
For indie distributors such as New Yorker and Zeitgeist and Oscilloscope,
I'm not sure they do. I started adding the "optional" ISBN numbers
