You guys would be surprised and the probably MILLIONS of illegal uploads on
youtube. In some cases it is like whack a mole you take it down and they
just repost it sometimes from a different account. Youtube will take an
item down but they do NOTHING to keep illegal stuff from going up UNLESS it

Blackside is selling the DVDs from their website. Given they what they had to
go through to renew rights it seems odd that they'd be giving it away for free.

Not legal at all but many companies are sloppy. This one has been up a LONG
time but there are OTHERS as well. It is really hard sometimes to keep
pulling stuff down from youtube. Once I pulled down a film that had not
even been released in the US and youtube replaced it with a statement that

license agreements which are then reviewed by the Head of our Technical
Services Department who works closely with the University's lawyer to reach
terms we can agree to. These license agreements are scanned and
