Splice9 is a 3 way merge tool. Splice9 v0.9 [1] is a pure vim9script port of
Splice [2] with some additional interactive features. The only changes since
v0.9-RC2 (3 months old) are updating syntax for vim9.1.
v0.9 is released as a zip file. Maybe by v1.0 I'll learn the proper way to
