That sounds like it might be a bad power supply and/or analog board. A possible
pseudo-quick fix would be to get a replacement off eBay, like this one:

I'm agreeing with Dylan on this, Michael.
I have an SE/30 that was working and then stopped. I have taken the bold step
of recapping everything and it still refuses to start up.
Admittedly, I have not been able to devote as much time as I would have liked
due to other pressing family matters.

Hi Dylan, I need to go over my SE/30 again. I bought a replacement PSU and the
same symptoms showed up. Despite checking, double-checking and rechecking the
analog board and digital board, I cannot find any further faults. As I wrote,
