ABS glue backed up with a piece of flat ABS sheet for strength. The glue actually partially dissolves the plastic so it makes a very strong bond. You'll need to remove any paint or other coating from the inside surface where the backing sheet will be. I was considering using a metal backing

New face here. Just picked up a couple of IIci's for play learning. Adam, have you considered something like QuickKeys (haven't used it) or Tempo II Plus? The latter was more a scripter than macro recorder. Thanks for the suggestions :) I haven't used either before, but I'll start
