You can't it will have to be installed one day. Even if you delete the
download from settings general usage it will reappear at some point. I
say if you don't like this then don't be part of the Apple ecosystem.

There's no other setting, as far as I know. I think the developer has to enable
the option to only use location services when the app is running. I really hope

To restore from an iCloud backup 1 open settings general reset and erase all
