I wish I could help with the braille display issue.
You may have to turn off bluetooth on both devices, reboot both devices, then
turn bluetooth on on the phone then the braille display but that will likely
take sighted help on the iPhone.

Terminal mode on the U2. I did try pressing the home button thrice to get VO

When I am entering a new contact in iOS 10.1, the done button is at the top
right where it always has been.
Did you put in a last name or title? Without those, I believe you are just
going to find cancel.
