I couldn't agree more! This young man has created a great app. I want
to find his contact info so I can thank him.

You sure do add color to it every day events now don't you Jewel? I'm going to
download the identify program and see what those subtle additional bits of
information can do for me.

It is not totally mute the phone, it merely turns the volume down… All you have
to do is turn up the volume, and you will have VoiceOver and audio back… There
is also a setting, within settings, then preferences, up at the top left of the
screen, that allows you to turn the mute feature off…
How is the app to use with iOS? This is what I'd be stuck with until I would
receive the Apple TV, should I take that offer, which would still be worth the
$105 plus fees and tax, even if I would end up cancelling after the 3 month
prepay. I thought one of the messages out there suggested that
Good morning Clifton and all. It looks like I am unable to add to favorites…
Keep in mind, I have the iOS app… Has anybody figured out how to do it? Swiping
to the left does nothing…

Amen to all of that. If you don’t like it, or feel it’s not up to your
standards, then move on.

Hello,
I was also really impressed with this app. I took a picture of my sons
hand holding his XBox controller and the app said:
Male hand holding a gold XBox360 wireless controller.
That absolutely amazed my Son and I.

Mine did this yesterday. I knew vo was on, but it wouldn’t read. it also
wouldn’t play music. all I can figure is it was no longer routing audio for
this to external b/c headphones, both wired and bluetooth worked fine.
although siri worked, and vo worked in a siri screen. I had to fully
Hello, I just played with the Identifi App with all kinds of various pictures,
either ones I just took or, in my photo Camera Roll. I am absolutely totally
impressed. I must of taken and picked photos about 15 times and 100% accuracy.
I also changed the settings to read text and it read me
Hi,
Does anyone remember the joy of first using Fleksy VO? Before it got all
complicated and stressful? It was a superb app for fast input, using the
"predictive keyboard.
Well, and I don't know if this will be useful to anyone else, but I was in
the app store, I selected updates and
hi, I tried a cat, who happens to be one of those breeds, who have no
fur. apparently, he is grey texture. the app thought the furless cat
with skin is basically leather. great entertainment, really.

I need to check this, but think portrait mode switches off the split screen

I usually flick right to get to the app I want to close, I know one could
swipe up for them consecutively to close several in
succession.

Well I may have spoke too soon. Went back to watch more shows and now no
matter what I try to watch, it just says it's not available in the package I
have but I have the go big package free trial. Very buggy. It may be because
it's new.

Hi Terri,
After reading all the issues people had, I was expecting a horrible experience
on my phone. Now, mind you, I use a braille display so I'm not exploring by
touch and the like so I just moved around the screen. I know what kinds of
shows I like so it's easy to tell where they are. I
Richard,
I shouldn’t have speculated, apart from that I totally agree with you and I
just posted my first impressions with the app. One has to keep in mind that
this is also just the first release and from the article it sounds as if Anmol
is committed to taking this further although one of
Hi Sieghard,
I think lots of assumptions are being made, but if you read the article that
was originally shared, it implies that this is done through something the
developer calls "computer vision." The article mentions that his code filled a
notebook about 2 inches thick.
You do have to have
Hi,
I just had time to download and try iDentifi a bit and I’m also impressed by
how well it works.
At first I tried it with about 4 or 5 pictures from my camera roll. I knew
roughly what they were, one was a picture of a shotgun held by one of my staff
which was identified as “Man holding
