following receivers have software problems. The wally is the worst. It does
have accessibility. This receiver doesn't work with audio description. It is
in the receiver, but dish has not been able to fix it so it will work. If
try partially removing the SIM card and pushing it back in.
I had that happen a couple times about a year ago. It has nothing to do with
the update. This was with an iPhone 6s as well.
If you do not know how to eject the SIM card, you may need to call Apple or get
