the only place I was able to get to that mentions family sharing is if I hit on
the credit card information and the family members credit card information is
listed. Still see no option to have her purchases show when I go to the App
Store.

Shirley, that leads me to believe that xfinity/comcast chooses to play the
spanish language track in place of the audio description.
I'm sure where I live in Oregon there are more Spanish speaking people than

longer see my family member's list of purchases and downloads in the APP

I tried to play it on the website with my computer, but the audio was choppy
and no audio description.
PBS says that the law regarding audio description doesn't apply to them because
