I'm not Kathy obviously but since I too had the USPS issue I thought I'd
chime in.
The procedure I follow is:
Open USPS informed delivery email double tap on scan of your mail piece, on
the next screen double tap share, then select Seeing AI which I am assuming
is using the photo
If I understand correctly, Voice Dream Scanner will process PDF files of any
size. This seems to be true of Voice Dream Reader when receiving files via
e-mail. Both APPS are well worth having at just about any price.
