He does not really have enough vision for Zoom. Part of the issue is that he responds slowly and when he hears the phone, then finds it, then makes any gestors to answer the call, it goes to voice mail. I did have another thought. After he misses his call, he can ask SIRI to call back.

For many uses, Voice Control works fine with VoiceOver if you are using headphones. Otherwise, there are some issues with it hearing VoiceOver and confusing it. The bottom line in this use case though is I do not think it will help for answering the phone. I would like to be wrong about that.
