Sandy, what happens if you are on your home screen, say you put focus on the
Messages app, and you then turn the rotor. Can you explain what you get.
One Setting I would make sure is turned on is under Settings > Accessibility >
Voiceover > Rotor and it is called "Change rotor with item".

Also, have you communicated with this particular person using Whatsapp before?
Not everybody has Whatsapp and you can only send messages or make calls to
somebody with Whatsapp if they are also using the app.

But only if you have enabled iCloud backup for Whatsapp. If you don't do that
everything will be gone.

Can you explain in more detail how this works? The app description in the App

Sandra, it is not a setting. It is something that is there by default if you are on something upon which you can take an action. I'll try to explain it another way. If all else fails, I will make a screen recording. While editing, like I am right now, there is no action on the rotor. If, I am in a

Hello,
I know that iCloud relay was down. This is a service that masks one’s iP
address while browsing in Safari.
It seems now that the outgoing (smtp) part of iCloud mail is down also, but
people are able to still receive email.

I am still on a mission to understand this Action business, as there is clearly
no such thing on the rotor of this iPhone. Could it be under one of those
vaguely untitled sort of umbrella Categories in Settings?

No. You shouldn’t lose anything. It will ask you if you want to redownload all

Hello Marilyn,
Have you tried possibly uninstalling and reinstalling the app? That might help.

Hello everyone,
Earlier today I was sending messages and making calls with Whatsapp. Now I
wanted to make another call and I keep getting the "looks like xxx doesn't have

Apple Music tracks are DRM protected and are downloaded as m4a files. You
cannot burn them to CD and you can only play downloaded tracks as long as your
subscription is active.

I agree, Apple Music is much more accessible.
We have Prime as well and I have not tried downloading anything to see what
that is like, or even if it is possible.
I don't even know if you could burn a CD from Apple Music and then import it as

Hi, Richard.
Thank you, I suspected that about Apple Music, but wasn't sure.
I do have Prime, but the Amazon Music App hasn't played well with VO for
the past several versions, and I figure anything Apple designs that's
included with their native phone apps would be less of a headache to use

Hi, all.
I'm trying to put together a large and diverse music list for a party.
If I subscribe to Apple Music, will it allow me to search and then add
songs to a playlist for streaming purposes only? I'm not interested in
purchasing the music through iTunes; I only need it to create and the
