Go in to your watch app on your phone and turn off voice over and then turn
it back on again. This has happened to me a couple of times and I have
tried a couple of things but this seems to be the only thing that

No, I never use it at all. In my opinion there are much better ways to
stream music than the music app itself. I didn't know if it would be a good
idea to delete it because of it being a native app and possibly needing to
be in place for some odd reason.

used it for a lot. Even the app switcher could be activated by a harder
press on the left edge of the phone. Granted, you now only have to swipe up

Thanks for the suggestion, however I have know app called wellbeing. I have
looked at the mindfulness ap and there is no notification in there at all.
