One of the reason for this is probably that I had changed my password in
Bookshare.
What should I tell Bookshare in order to make it realize that I have changed
my
search.

I'll add to the others who aren't having his issue with the latest Voice Dream
update. I searched an author name in Bookshare through Voice Dream on my SE
2020 and got over 20 hits which were all easily accessed.
