I can understand your frustrations, as I have similar frustrations with my
cable company and Freedom Scientific, but all we can do is trust that
someone is working on it, and hope it gets resolved.
On a positive note though, one must admit that Apple has been pretty good in

I have a friend who reported this bug to Apple, and they claim it is being
worked on, and a fix will be released in the next iOs update.
I'm glad you came forward about this because she was beginning to think it
was just her iPhone doing it. LOL.
