Do any of the Canadian users up here know if there is something similar or this
model for sale in Amazon Canada as I am not in the US so don't have access to

It sounds like what you mean is a speaker that will become like an amplifier
when you talk through your iPad, etc.
There are some apps that do this. So you connect a bluetooth speaker to your
iPad/iPhone and then the app turns your device into a microphone that
broadcasts over the speaker.
