should not be held responsible if I am not able to interpret how to
use the product or parts of the software. So in this vain they should
not have to not char

I must respectfully disagree with you here. Though the developer has a
responsibility for providing as much information as feasible about taking good
pictures, the developer is, in no way, responsible for the capability of the
user to take pictures, or the quality of those pictures.
