Chermeen, you can move emails to a folder in the iOS Mail app as well.
I used Outlook for iOS for a while, but I still prefer the native Mail app. It
is very accessible, though, at least it was when I tried it a year or so ago.

Outlook for iOS is amazing. As for sinking your contacts iOS should automaticly
have your contacts from your email accounts.

say you can get to delete after two single finger swipes up in my case.
