Hi,
I was asked the same thing by Dropbox technical support. They don't seem to
learn easily (smile). Surely with so many of us reporting the problem, they'll
get it that this really is a bug they need to fix.

Absolutely, closing the app, restarting the phone, whatever you try causes it
to crash.
I have, however, confirmed that at least on my 6S Plus this only happens when
Voiceover is running.
I just demonstrated how it crashes as soon as I tap on the Files tab to one of
my employees, then
