Hi Jerry,
Even if somebody has the file for the older Facebook version you can't use it
since app downloads are tied to everybody's Apple Id. This applies also to free
apps so if somebody gave you that file it would not let you install it. I
guess you are out of luck until Facebook fixes this.
So, can we even use Facebook live? I heard it was based on the same operating
system as Livestream, which I could view things on, but not record with.

If you downgrade to 9.3.2, and restore from a backup, it will restore your
apps, to the time of the backup.
