Well, that’s interesting. I have done all the usual things, you know, like, restarting my phone after updating and taking stuff out of the app switcher. Maybe things will settle down. I had been on 15 and just upgraded straight to 16.2. I hope it fixes itself, because it’s kind of annoying not to h
Well, I just did both things with Hey Siri; as well as holding the side switch
and asking Siri to open messages and to open Weather. I did it three times in a
row with each app and each method.

Why not just go to the Phone App, tap on the Recent Calls tab and then near the
top you can select either "All" or "Missed". By default All is selected, double
tap on Missed and all your missed calls are displayed.
