Sorry I believe I sent my last reply to the wrong address by mistake. I have turned off automatic translation but still hhaving this repeating letter problem. It seems to not be happening in Mail though - I've tried twice to create examples of the issue here but it refuses to do it for me.

We need to know a few things to help. One, what are your braille settings? IN particular, which braille code you are using and under the braille input setting, are you using uncontracted or contracted, and is automatic translation on or off? If automatic translation is on, try turning it off
