Hi. Just deleted the app and reinstalled it and still the same result. will check the batch mode thing but I think it is off. very odd this. I could just get something new from rogers but really don't want another two year contract as their service is very expensive. will see what other

I am also getting the message about the lens being covered in automatic mode. However, in manual mode it does actually recognize the text when I take a picture. So does anyone know why it would think the lens is covered? From: viphone@googlegroups.com

Hi Brian, I do have my wife's iPhone 6 64Gb Silver which we are going to sell. However, there should be no issue with your 5S. Maybe you turned on batch mode and the images are not recognized instantly. If this is not the case I wold simply delete the KNFB Reader app altogether and redownload i
