Why do you say beta testers can't report bugs to Apple? I'm not a beta
tester, and I haven't signed the NDA, but I'd be very surprised if an
restricted beta testers from reporting bugs to Apple.

I also have a keyboard that can connect to multiple devices. Try switching to
an other one and then going back. Fixes it every time for me.

The erratic behavior of the Bluetooth keyboard is an unfortunate bug
in iOS 7.1. There appears to be no permanent fix. Try taking focus
away from he app you are in and then restoring it. Some user report
limited success if they turn the keyboard off and on again. You may
wish to email accessibi
