Hi Richard, I tried the new Emvision app on my big digital clock with about two inch high numbers and got it to read it after a few tries. I tried it on my thermostat and it did not read the digitals numbers. I also tried Seeing Ai and it did not read any digital numbers on my thermostat

I'd suggest you download the free app called Boop Light Detector. Run that first and see what it indicates for light over the items you want to use Seeing AI on. It gives off beeps and the faster and higher pitched, the brighter the light. Then, as Donna suggested, make sure in the menu
