I am using outlook 2013, and my mail syncs just fine on my phone and in
outlook. There use to be a plug in you needed for outlook called outlook plus
or hotmail plus. Can't remember the exact name, but I don't think it is
necessary any more. I also filter mail in to folders on the outlook web
