Do not bother resetting all settings. It is too big of a pain for all you end
up resetting.
The solution is under verbosity; delete text, or something like that, set it to
Do Nothing.
That way, VO just speaks what you delete, as it should before this stupid
setting was introduced.

i'm also having this problem but before I reset all setting please could
you tell me what settings you had to reset. Just got an iphone se2020
and have spent ages setting it up from new as old phone was completely
broken so couldn't copy my settings. Plus having to get my watch

I’m glad you got rid of the comma problem - but what’s with all the random
symbols in your email? Is that what resetting did to you?
