Carolyn: Going to settings and then control center will only let you set
options and customize the control center; you can't actually get to it that
way. To access it, you would have to use the 3 finger swipe

Other than swiping from the bottom of the screen on an 8 plus, is there another
way to do that? I either do not have the dexterity or coordination to make that
swipe gesture. Control option m also doesn’t seem to get me there. in that
case, I am pressing and holding control+option then pressing
