Hi yes, you can do this back up on your phone disconnect your phone to a power
source, and make sure that I cloud backup is on and it showed back up overnight

Firstly, I want to say that I earlier had to download the latest version of
iTunes first before I could do a back up. I successfully downloaded the latest
version of iTunes. I decided to do a backup through iTunes having my iPphone
connected to itunes. I just got done
