When I last ordered a set of Trekz Bone Conduction earphones there was
an option for the size of the headband. Admittedly, it was not
particularly granular; but there was at least a large
junk,, little will be lost if it is tossed into
the rubbish or recycling bin!

The volume will never be loud enough when walking in noisy traffic.
