The letters should be read out by Fleksy as you type them and after you have
swiped right to insert a space, the whole word is read out. I have typed this
message using Fleksy with VoiceOver and it has worked perfectly! Harry

Like others, I will stick to Braille input options but can see how this app

Hello Harry. Thanks for your help. It's working but it's difficult to change
selections because the area is very small. Also, voiceover doesn't say the word
until I swipe right. Is this normal?
Thanks so much.

Paul,
With the latest Fleksy keyboard, the top two thirds of the screen when you open
the app has visual settings such as themes they are trying to sell. One of
these settings is size and if you select the largest of these, the keyboard
will be maximized and take up a little less than half

I just use direct touch typing. It's a lot like fleksy anyway.

I would not call it easily accessible but it is getting there I am using it to

Download the app and add the Fleksy keyboard in the settings of the iPhone and
make sure it has full access.
Gestures are a bit more hit and miss but it can work. I think I will stay with

Hi all,
While I have Fleksy on my iphone 4s, I might as well take it off not only
because of the negative reviews on here but I rely soly on either the
predictive keyboard, Braille Screen Input or the MBraille app. So Fleksy
doesn't bother me in the slightest. This is nothing personal to the
Fleksy only seems to provide voice feedback with standard typing style on, it
seems from trial and error. But listening to streaming audio or podcasts seems
to disable voice feedback and I have to go into settings to turn off Allow Full
Access for Fleksy then turn it on again. Tiresome. Harry
Open the Fleksy app and top left of screen is Menu button and last item on menu

I'm not going to delete it from my phone since it has been improving,
but I don't feel confident enough to use it as a third party keyboard
in iOS 8 either. So I will keep it on my phone until it improves and
then re-evaluate things. I still have the Fleksy VO app (no longer
available), and really
Harry how do you turn on the voice settings in Flexy? Is there a help screen
for flexy gestures?

Why does typing style with the Fleksy keyboard have to be standard as opposed
to touch typing? Do the developers say this with their release info or have you
discovered it by trial and error?

Hi.
I have finally taken the plunge and updated my iPhone. I noticed there has
been an update to flex. does this now work with voice over as a third party
keyboard? If it does can someone explain how it works? e.g. how do you get the
word suggestions etc?
thanks
