Well, according to a page from Microsoft, the iOS app is supposed to now be
called "Microsoft Phone Link.
However, the only app I can find in the iOS app store is Link to Windows. When
I tried setting it up, it told me some app

Is it safe to turn off Handoff and still make/receive calls on both my iPhone
4s and iPad Mini with Retina? Asking as only the latter has full Handoff

Hi all
Has anyone got Handoff working on an iPhone 4s running iOS 8? I can't even find
the feature under Settings > General like I can on my iPad Mini with Retina
also running iOS 8. Didn't think this was a hardware specific feature so don't
understand this at all.
