First, grin, I now think I know why my brother wasn't getting my
iMessages timely, but was receiving the text messages okay.
Apparently, although he doesn't know how it happened, he used
more data than his purchased amount for the month. So, AT&T
charged him another fifteen dollars for more.
Yes, that is my understanding. iMsg's require a data plan or wifi and
sms's just require a cell phone and are covered under a text messaging plan.
