I am severe hard of hearing and I find the compact voices way better than the
High Quality voices. To me I can understand the words better and they are

Wayne Exactly that's the word i was looking for! The High-Quality
voices sounded like if they were talking through teeth! Muffled that's
the word! but strangely the Compact voice sounds very clear! Yes surely
it's because of the degree and type of yearig loss, type of hearing aids

Hello. I use Alex as my primary voice, along with the Tom high quality
voice on my iPhone 7. Though I mostly use Alex, I was impressed by how
clear and a touch louder the Tom voice was on the phone. I haven't had
any trouble understanding Tom, but there are probably differences in
what you can hear
