I’ve noticed this issue for some time and thought it was just me. I’ve
tried all the same steps turning off the phone, turning off bluetooth, emptying
the app switcher.
I tried it with different devices connected and disconnected to the

I have a similar problem. What works for me is to turn blue tooth off and on
again. That clears it up.

don’t have airPods in, my VoiceOver gets snappy and it cracks through my
speakers. I thought it was my phone.

speakers/earbuds/AirPods. Makes no difference what is connected to my phone,
but after a bit of time, there is a sound like breaking up in the speaker or in
