I was thinking simultaneous interpretation as in ICANN meetings. Although,
translation of meeting materials is certainly a great first step. Of course,
people need to get their foils into the WG chair more than 3 days in advance.

We are working with the IETF Secretariat in hopes of creating a web page on the
IETF site for remote hub info.
Will keep all of you posted as to what transpires.
BTW, Thursday, April 7 in Buenos Aires, there will be a meeting 8:30-9:30am to
discuss Remote Hubs. Will let
People have talked about using the recorded sessions as a point of discussion
at the remote hub meetings. Then they can post to the list for that group.
As far as things going wrong, what I told my teenage daughter is 'remember,
anything that CAN go wrong, WILL go wrong - and it will happen
