This might sound too simple however I do it all the time, I use Network
Neighbourhood from the distant VNC computer and copy the files back to my
computer and vice versa. I guess okay for small files etc...

VncViewer needs to
Get PC Anywhere from Symantec. That's if you want direct transfer between both
computers. But at around $80 per station, it may get too pricey, which is why I had
to find a different solution.
As far as I have been able to tell, there is no direct transfer function with RealVNC.
