Hi Peter,
I know Rossi said this but I also know Mats measured a lower rate (0.9g/m)
for a period of 6 minutes and I also know they stated the flow rate was
increased at 19:08 to cool the reaction but if the pump was already at
maximum how could this be done?
It's perplexing to have all this

Mats Lewan said that the pump was calibrated before the test and the flow
rate was about 13 kg/h. This was not against pressure and as we know from
previous tests, flow rate will decrease when pressure is increasing.

When its a peristaltic pump the rate should depend on primary pressure.
Rossi has the water container below the pump and this creates subpressure and
should reduce the rate.
The secondary pressure should not influence the rate too much, as long as the
hose doesnt leak, because all water that was

Why would they test the device in Italy?
It seems that they didnt't went thru with US-soil-based test because

I recognize that if the US government gets control of E-Cat development that

Military might want an exclusive interest in a cheap small heat source for a
number of strategic interests including ships, but, at any rate, the NRC and
other country equivalents will hold this back for a decade+ of testing and
proof of safety before allowing marketing. It's nuclear, remember.
Okay, Lewan told me that after the run there was at least 20 L of hot water
left in the vessel. He did not measure it the way he did after the September
test, but the vessel was pretty full.
