Just to reiterate a little, the report says: "Figures 1 and 2 below depict the insulated device used for the experiment together with three spare devices." It is obvious from Fig. 2 how big the pipes under the insulation are. You can peek and see most of them where the H2 valve comes out. Fig. 4
