Can anyone help me with instructions on how to transfer LPs to CD? I have the Griffin connection from my stereo amplifier, and Toast 7. I can find no instructions on how to record the LPs onto my hard disc or directly to a CD. I'd appreciate any advice. Cheers, Ross Bryant

Hi all. Last year I transferred all my VHS tapes to dvd via imovie/idvd. I would like to transfer about 30 secs off the dvd to use in iphoto slideshow for a birthday. I no longer have access to analogue to digital convertor. I do have canon digital camera, could I use output from dvd player

You could do that, or you could get MPEGStreamclip, which is a good free application that can rip parts of DVDs for use in iMovie and FCP. There are other similar software solutions out there too, such as DVDXDV . You can find MPEGstreamclip here

Hi Dane The company that supplied Mitsubishi with the GPS that is in my Pajero went broke so we got no upgrades. Mitsubishi have therefore given us a TomTom One I have found this excellent so far and it seems to 'know' a fairly recent version of WA roads. I would also recommend them.
