Cheers,
Stuart

Thanks to those who replied suggesting several suitable programming
packages. I think I will 'save my pennies' and go for the RealBasic
option, as it seems to offer the simplicity that I'm looking for.
Again many thanks to those who replied.

Yes,
MYOB has lost their focus on Mac as a platform. Still, not much option. Try
repairing permissions.

If you want it to run on a Mac you need AccountEdge, which is MYOB for
Mac.
I have used AccountEdge for a number of years on several iMacs
starting with OS 9.2

Hi all,
I did all my reports using Safari 3 from home through the portal.
Worked really well. Although, save often as some saves didn't work.
Not sure if that was cause of Safari of not. For those interested, I
also did them (reports) using MacSpeech Dictate - it typed my speech

Hello Paul
I like Moneyworks from Cognito Software in New Zealand.
http://cognito.co.nz/
It is automatically geared up for Australian, NZ and Canadian GST etc.
However it is more a book keeping application than a full accounting

MYOB version for Macs is AccountEdge and they not only support Macs,
they have issued a new version. cheers, Susan.

funny. So I have to switch to Boot Camp to get internet and access to
shared drives. Can't
