Query re Britannica

I have just brought and loaded Brittania Deluxe 2009 All loaded except on opening the application this comes up. Britannia suggests changing the Preferences via Terminal but their scrip doesn't seem to work I may be doing something wrong. Any ideas would be much appreciated as the program doesn't

Hi Wendy, Try resetting TC when it only has the power plugged in - and not connected to the modem. I think you can start the settings in Airport Utility with only the power and then connect it to the modem - I'm sorry I can't remember at what stage precisely he asked me to connect the mod

Hi Norman Tried what you suggested and the Network shows up for a while and then disappears but at no time does the TC show up in Airport Utility, still get the 'cannot find wireless device etc' message. All the school kids are happy the president is visiting as the schools are closed too
