We've been using eBay for a few years with no problems. I've managed to get
some bargains and never been dudded by a seller. We find the Paypal service is
excellent. An excellent free tool to use for bidding is JBidwatcher. It can
be set up to whack a bid in with seconds to spare.

I have 3 old iMacs, slot loading and different colours. All currently
working, I think they are around 2001 models. I am moving house and
would like to see them go to a decent home. What is the best way to
get rid of them?

Hi Peter, after reading your email, I did some playing around with my
iphone with the 3.0 update, and notice that it is speedier, although I
don't play games on it, so didn't have that as a way of testing.
Launching applications and downloading web pages is definitely faster.

As far as battery life is concerned if you want to use Find My
iPhone you have to turn on Push which is unfortunate. I can go 2
days with Push off, but flick that little switch and I'm lucky if the
battery lasts a day.
