Hi Daniel John,
I had thought same Apple ID, but then John mentioned he can FaceTime from iPad
to iPhone.
But then John is probably using the phone number for iPhone and of course email
address for iPads.
So iPad to iPad with same email address Apple ID would NOT work.
But, you can get this
The ipads are different ie I have one with my ID and my son has his own with

You have not told us what message you receive ... Whether it says 'connection

You could try changing the DNS settings on both iPads.
Set the DNS address on both iPads to run FaceTime to 8.8.8.8.
To do this, Go to the settings on the iPad and then find the wireless

Hi Steven,
I would suspect the problem lies with the sender's Hotmail. Hotmail has never
handled attachments right.
The problem is most likely a wrong Content type in the header.
Use View Message Raw Source and check if you see - Content-type:

That is the problem, the right

I don't watch a lot of videos on my computer, but lately, it seems that some
videos play properly and other ones just show a black screen, a progress bar
and have no sound. This magic German iPad video is one of those that don't
play properly. If I hover my mouse cursor over the tip of the

Hi Pat,
This particular video is worth watching if you want a chuckle, so maybe we can
fix the problem. There are two main types of video that come from youtube these
days, HTML5 based and flash based.
I am just heading out right now but are you using Safari, and if so which

Hi Pat,
Are you using Lion OS X 10.7.3 and Safari 5.1.5?
And Safari is running in 64-bit mode?
Click once on Safari.app then go File Get Info (or Command-I keys) there is
NO tick in 'Open in 32-bit mode'.
Is your Flash Plug-in version 11.2.202.233?
