Thanks for that feedback - maybe the problem is only Mastercard (I didn't
have an Australian Visa card to try!).
Also, the Whirlpool poster seemed to suggest the problem was only with
signing up for a trial account - not sure what difference that would make?

renewing with a Visa card for years but unable to use my Mastercard.
I find this happens a lot ... Visa Card accepted, Mastercard not accepted.
