Did you ask Edgewall about this? If not, please do. They have a mailinglist
and a ... bugtracer.
Did you disable any buffering for your logs? Maybe there is something in them,
it just is not written to disk...
Did you try to disable the numerous plugins? Maybe one of them is the cause.

As some of you might noticed, Trac is sometimes not available or has
