When Barney had decided that he was the one related to
Nathaniel Clemens (Revolutionary war hero) in the
ephisode "A Plaque for Mayberry" he started referring
to Nathaniel Clemens as "Nate". He told Andy it was
because they were now related. Also In the Ephisode

I see on the event calendar where there may be a Mayberry event in North
Carolina on July 22. I will be in North Carolina around that time. I was
wondering, does anyone have any information or "rumors", where this might be
held at? I would like to include it into my vacations plans if possible.
OK, So this was actually in our local paper two weeks ago. From the
Kirksville police blotter: "Otis Campbell, 45, arrested for driving
while intoxicated." So it just goes to show you, just when you think
someone is out of circulation, they surprise you!
Also here's an interesting note on Otis
In recalling "Nicks" can we count "Bernie" as in "Oh Bernie, you're a
scream!"
We haven't finished "devouring" season #5 and already we're anxious for #6
to hit the stores! What a treasure these are! Thanks Jim and whomever else,
for helping to make this all possible!
Have A Mayberry Day!

imagined action.."Nip it in the bud" works, "Boy giraffes are selfi
Oops...forgot about ol' Nate - you know, Nathan Tibbs. He and Barney were
kin, after all.

I wouldn't be jealous of Lake Charles...I heard that their movie house hasn't

I watched a Twilight Zone episode yesterday that had
Howard Morris as the main character. He was given one
wish by a genie and suprisingly didn't wish for a
uniform or even a gold tooth!
He shared a scene with Joyce Jameson(Skippy)and Robert

I'd mentioned a while back that, due some miscommunication between my
daughter and darlin' person, I got two copies of season 4 for
Christmas. Since Season 5 came out a few days ago, I went to _est _uy to
trade one of 'em for Season 5. Well, lo and behold, they were out of
Season 5. I was tr

My wife and I watched the last episode of Season 4 the other day (Gomer joins
the Marines) and she pointed out something I never seemed to pay any
attention to before: When Gomer enters the Sheriff's office singing "From the
