Firefox starts with a smaller font than IE but that wouldn't explain random
changes in the same size definition.

it up on this list along with the header information that contained the
subscriber's email address so Linda would have that info to drop him ASAP.
If he still wants to be on this list he can white list and re-subsc
Why not just add php to the Windows box? That's what I did.
